Healing Minds CCE: Centre for Counselling and Education proudly hosted an intensive, two-day Career Counselling Workshop on 29th and 30th November 2025 at our Baishnabghata Byelane clinic in Kolkata.
Designed for a focused batch of 12 participants, the event brought together graduates, teachers, social workers, and aspiring psychologists. The workshop provided a highly interactive environment to master the practical skills necessary for guiding students and professionals toward fulfilling career paths.
Workshop Highlights
Led by our team of experienced psychologists and career counsellors, the sessions ran from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and focused heavily on practical, hands-on training. Participants engaged in comprehensive learning modules, including:
- Psychological Assessments: In-depth training on evaluating Personality, Interest, Aptitude, and Intelligence.
- Case Supervision: Practical application of skills, with the workshop including the supervised handling of one real-world case.
- Comprehensive Resources: Attendees received hard copies of specialized study materials to support their ongoing practice.
- Networking & Support: A collaborative environment complete with catered lunch and group discussions.
- Certification: Distribution of certificates to all attendees upon successful completion of the training.
By blending theoretical knowledge with immediate practical application, attendees left fully equipped to conduct accurate career assessments and provide meaningful guidance.
