Healing Minds: Centre for Counselling and Education successfully hosted an intriguing Dream Analysis Workshop on Sunday, 5th October 2025. Operating on the principle that “Every Dream has a Meaning,” the event invited participants to deeply explore their own subconscious minds.
The offline session took place from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM at our clinic located at 27B, Baishnabghata Byelane, Kolkata. It was an open and welcoming environment, designed for anyone with an interest in understanding their dreams.
Workshop Highlights & Core Learnings
Rather than a standard lecture, this workshop was built around experiential learning and shared discovery. Key highlights of the event included:
- Decoding Dream Symbols: Participants learned how to identify and interpret common symbols that appear during sleep.
- Subconscious Discovery: The session provided tools to help attendees discover what their subconscious is actively trying to tell them.
- Engaging Activities: The afternoon featured highly interactive activities and meaningful group discussions, allowing participants to share and reflect together.

The workshop was expertly facilitated by our esteemed Resource Person, Ms. Monalisa Bairagi. As a Clinical Psychologist and an Affiliate member of the Indian Psychoanalytical Society, her profound expertise provided attendees with a safe, structured, and highly professional environment to explore psychoanalytical concepts.
