Recently, an interactive Psychometric Assessment Workshop was successfully hosted. Specifically, this hands-on training event was held on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Furthermore, the session was conducted in the afternoon, from 2 pm to 6 pm. The event was organized at Healing Minds: Centre for Counselling and Education, which is located at 27B, Baishnabghata Byelane, Kolkata-700047. Consequently, professionals from nearby South Kolkata areas, including Garia, Patuli, and Jadavpur, were easily accommodated.
Essential Testing Skills Were Learned
During this Psychometric Assessment Workshop, vital clinical skills were learned by the attendees. First, psychotic feature assessment and depression testing were thoroughly covered. Next, tools for measuring anxiety and internet addiction were explored by the group. In addition, techniques for obsessive feature assessment were practiced. Importantly, the session was attended by a diverse group, which included teachers, psychologists, counsellors, parents, and psychology students.
